Description of The Tamimi PEB Building System.

The Tamimi MMC system is a Category 1 primary structural building system, manufactured offsite to provide multi-level residential accommodation.

The primary structure consists of a welded hot-rolled steel post and beam frame with light gauge steel frame (LGSF) infill panels to form volumetric modules, which are fitted out internally with all fixtures, fittings, and finishes, and building services fully tested in the factory before installation on site.

Fire protection to the structural frame is provided by gypsum plasterboard in accordance with the requirements of the Saudi Building Code (SBC).

The system is supplied as three-dimensional (3D) volumetric modules, complete with internal finishes, fittings, and fixtures, building services, and windows and external doors for site assembly by the manufacturer.
