Buildoffsite Property Assurance Scheme Forum was held in Norwich Carrow Works on the 24th May and was Hosted by Beattie Passive.
In a beautiful location with a rich history of manufacturing Coleman’s mustard and later Britvic this location is now delivering modular homes from Beattie Passive.
BOPAS was developed to provide assurance to the lending community as to the mortgageability of MMC systems that are accredited. BOPAS accreditation assures the integrity of the design, manufacture and construction processes as well as the durability of the construction system to a minimum of 60 years.
